Welcome to Element Inks. By accessing this website or purchasing our products or workshops, you agree to the following terms.
1. Products
All products are handmade and may vary slightly from images shown. We aim to represent items accurately, but minor variations are part of their uniqueness.
Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.
2. Orders & Payment
Payment must be received in full before products are shipped or workshop spots are confirmed.
We use secure third-party payment providers to process transactions.
3. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
5. Workshops
Workshop bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior notice.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a refund or credit.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, text and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Element Inks.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or participation in workshops.
