You are welcome to cancel your order, but this must be done within 2 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to cancel it after this time period, but it won’t be guaranteed as the as the order might have already been packaged and shipped.

Yes, please send us an email with any changes you would like to your order! Please do this within 2 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to make changes after this time period, but it may not be possible as the order may have already been packaged and shipped.

As a small business creating handmade items, we generally don’t accept returns, but if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out! We want to ensure you are 100% happy with your order.

We ship orders from the Mornington Peninsula, in Victoria, Australia and try to get everything out as quickly as possible, which is generally between 2-5 business days.
Shipping Australia-wide can generally take between 3-7 business days. If you would like a more accurate timeframe for your location, please reach out to us or view the Australia Post Website linked here!

We strive to keep shipping costs as low as we possible can while being able to operate as a sustainable business.
Standard Postage Australia-wide is $10.00 AUD or free for orders over $150 AUD
We offer Pickup and Free Delivery for most postcodes along the Mornington Peninsula

Absolutely! If you would like the card to be sent straight to the receiver, please leave a note in the notes section of your order, or send us an email within 6 hours of placing your order. Just let us know the message you would like written inside the card. We will make sure the order is sent with no invoice and is packaged ready to be opened by the receiver! Make sure to put the receivers address, but your own billing address.
